Lean On Me was created due to the realization that during these troubling and financially unstable times, many people, including those who do not meet the Government's definition of Low Income, are not able to meet their basic needs.  They have suffered from a variety of negative circumstances which include but not limited to COVID-19 job layoffs, reduced income or added responsibility to care for immediate and extended family members.

The purpose of Lean On Me is to be a beacon of hope to those in need of someone to Lean On.
